A Chinese form of exercise that includes movement, breath, guided visualization and meditation, and which deepens inner quiet, strengthens the flow of energy in the body and leads to improved health. Led by Liora HaLivni, an experienced chi kong teacher who has worked with many groups and with people coping with illness.
