Yoga Therapy

Tuesdays at 15:45 - 16:45

Yoga strengthens the immune system, bringing peace and serenity and enhancing our ability to overcome physical and mental challenges often experienced by people living with illness. Includes exercises for strengthening the body, increasing flexibility, improving balance and proper breathing and also relaxation and guided imagery.


Led by Eddie Bekhor, a senior yoga teacher with much experience working with groups and with people coping with illness.
