With mindfulness meditation you learn how to:
- Focus on the present moment.
- Leave the past and the future even for a short period of time.
- Give thoughts and feelings a rest even for a brief moment.
In this workshop we will walk mindfully, eat mindfully, listen to music mindfully and sit mindfully. Once learnt these skills could become a part of your daily life, leading to a more serene and appreciative way of living. Additionally, there is a growing body of medical literature that supports the effectiveness of mindfulness meditation in alleviating a variety of health conditions.
